We currently ship to the United States only.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the shipping terms listed below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier transit time.
During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Destination
RAYANOVA Store currently ships to the United States only.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States may be cancelled or not fulfilled.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or through the order tracking page.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the order has been dispatched.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow a few business days for the carrier system to refresh.
5. RAYANOVA Shipping Protection
For your peace of mind, eligible orders are protected against verified shipping issues such as lost packages, damaged items during delivery, or confirmed delivery problems.
Shipping protection does not guarantee an automatic refund or replacement. Each case is reviewed according to the order details, tracking information, carrier status, and proof provided by the customer.
If your order is confirmed lost, damaged during delivery, or affected by a verified shipping issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:
• Replacement
• Refund
• Partial refund
• Store credit
• Another solution approved by our support team
Shipping protection does not cover delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control unless the package is confirmed lost or otherwise approved by our support team.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
RAYANOVA Store is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Before contacting us, please check:
• Your mailbox or delivery area
• Your building reception or front desk
• Your neighbors
• Other household members
• Your local shipping carrier
Delivered-but-not-received cases are reviewed individually. A refund or replacement is not guaranteed if the carrier confirms successful delivery.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate.
An order may be considered lost if:
• Tracking shows no delivery
• Tracking has not updated for more than 30 business days
• The carrier confirms that the package is lost
If an order is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another approved solution.
Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.
9. Damaged Items During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

10. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and contact us only if there is an eligible issue under our Refund & Return Policy.
11. Carrier, Weather & Unexpected Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, shipping restrictions, or other events outside our control.
RAYANOVA Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
However, if your package is confirmed lost or affected by a verified delivery issue, we will review the case according to this Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy.
12. Relationship to Refund & Return Policy
Shipping issues, damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, lost packages, delayed packages, and delivered-but-not-received cases are reviewed according to this Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy.
Not all shipping issues qualify for a refund or replacement. Each request is reviewed based on the tracking information, order details, issue type, and proof provided by the customer.
