Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Not all orders qualify for a refund, replacement, return, cancellation, store credit, partial refund, or other solution. Each request is reviewed according to the applicable policy, order details, issue type, and proof provided by the customer.
8. 1-Year Limited Warranty for Bundle Orders
RAYANOVA Store may offer a free 1-year limited warranty as part of selected promotional bundle offers.
This warranty is available only when the customer purchases 2 eligible items in the same order and the product page or offer clearly states that the warranty is included.
Orders with only 1 item are not eligible for the free 1-year limited warranty unless clearly stated otherwise.
The 1-Year Limited Warranty is separate from our 30-Day Refund & Replacement Guarantee.
Warranty claims, eligibility, coverage, exclusions, proof requirements, and available solutions are handled according to the warranty terms listed in our Refund & Return Policy.
Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval, replacement, refund, store credit, partial refund, or any other solution.
